Since 2010, Magnus Villas has been synonymous with Villa Construction. Willy van Kerckhoven (manager) has always been active in the construction sector as technical director, among other things. Considering his knowledge and skills, he decided at the time to unburden customers in the construction field: Magnus Villas was born.

Customers choose Magnus Villas because the result matches their building dream. Magnus Villas has now completed more than 70 villas. the happy customers who enjoy their new home are our advertising. Over the years, Willy has been strengthened by his sons Niels and Sebastiaan Van Kerckhoven. Their goal is to focus on the future, they do this by being innovative in terms of energy, for example.
